Vikenti Komitski, born in 1983 in Sofia, Bulgaria, is a contemporary artist based in Berlin.
He studied sculpture at the National Academy of Art in Sofia and later pursued a Master's in Art in Context at the Universität der Künste in Berlin.
Komitski's work spans objects, installations, and video, often recontextualizing everyday items to explore their meanings.
He has exhibited widely, including solo shows like "New Poor" at the ICA in Sofia and "Subjective Geography" at Sariev Contemporary in Plovdiv. His art has been featured in group exhibitions across Europe and the U.S., and he has participated in artist residencies in Reykjavik, Prague, and New York.
